On Grief

On Grief is a series of illustrations exploring the mundane yet no less poignant thoughts that occurred to me after the death of a friend.

Exploring these thoughts in a minimal visual language allowed me to keep their essence at the forefront of the work, and this approach became formative in the development of future work.
